The Charter Park Sports Courts Project will bring new recreational opportunities to Orting by constructing two pickleball courts, one tennis court, and one full-size basketball court at Charter Park. Located along the Foothills Trail, the new courts will provide free public access to sports that are not currently available within Orting, expanding recreation opportunities and supporting the community's long-term parks and recreation goals. This project is funded through a grant from the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office.
