Construction is underway at the Bridgewater plat! All civil improvements at the site have been installed and passed inspection. Footing drains and the foundation wall of a model home have been built and passed inspection, and a review to use the home as a sales office for the plat is in process. FEMA has approved the plat’s Letter of Map Revision, removing the need for floodplain development compliance throughout the plat. A decision on the final plat and the construction of 33 new single-family homes is expected in the coming months. The plat will be surrounded by a landscape buffer, which will be installed concurrent with home construction.
