2025 Utility GFC Rate Study RFP
The City of Orting is accepting proposals from firms with expertise in utility and GFC rate studies.

A pre-submittal meeting may be scheduled upon request. To schedule a pre-submittal meeting, please contact Public Works Director Ryan McBee at rmcbee@cityoforting.org.
Procurement Notification:
- This project is a formal competitive procurement and will be advertised in the Tacoma News Tribune and is open to all qualified consultants. All solicitation documents, including addenda, are published on the city website at https://www.cityoforting.org/government/public-notices. The deadline for submission of statement of qualifications is August 22, 2025, by 4:00 P.M. PST.
