Notice is hereby given that the Orting Municipal Code (OMC) Amendment to Title 12, Subdivision Regulations; Title 13, Development Regulations, and; Title 15, Development Code Administration is subject to environmental review. The City of Orting is the lead agency for this proposal under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and has reviewed the proposed non-project action for probable adverse environmental impacts and issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) for this proposal on July 3, 2025. The information is available to the public on request. Comments may be provided to the SEPA Responsible Official by 5:00 pm by July 17, 2025, to the email address listed below.
