This Addendum provides clarifications to the RFQ based on questions received as of April 4, 2025.

Proposers shall acknowledge receipt of the addendum by signing the Submittal Form as stated. 

ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS REMAIN IN EFFECT.
