SS4A RFQ City of Orting

The City of Orting (hereinafter “City”) is initiating a request for qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms for Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program-compliant comprehensive safety action plan planning services.

A summary of the scope of work, qualifications, and proposal requirements are available from the City Clerk’s Office, 104 Bridge St. S., Orting, WA 98360; by calling (360) 893-2219 Ext. 133; or at the City’s website: www.cityoforting.org.

One (1) original hardcopy and a thumb drive with PDFs of the proposal shall be placed in a sealed envelope and identified as “Safe Streets for All Action Plan”. The deadline for submission of proposals is March 14, 2025, by 3:00 P.M. PST

At the City’s discretion, proposals submitted after the due date and time may be considered. Proposers accept all risk of late delivery of mailed proposals.

The City reserves the right to request additional information concerning any proposal, to accept or negotiate modifications to any proposal, to accept or negotiate modifications to a proposal, interview any proposer, to waive any irregularities in any proposal following the proposal submission deadline date, and accept a proposal which is considered to serve the best interests of the City.
