NOTICE OF APPLICATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Douglas and Victoria Bishop have applied for a variance from front yard setback standards on parcel no. 0519311108, 702 Kansas St. SW. The proposal is to allow accessory structures within the 25-foot front yard setback fronting Coe Lane; the applicant is seeking approximately 15-feet of relief from the front yard setback standards set forth in OMC 13-5-1, allowing structures within approximately 10-feet of Coe Lane. The project is categorically exempt from SEPA. A public hearing is required for the proposal, which will be separately noticed to the public.

Any person has the right to comment on the proposed variance (VAR 25-01). Any person may request to receive notice of and participate in the proposal’s public hearing and may request a copy of the decision made. The decision on the proposed variance will be made within statutory limits.
