Notice to All Plan Holders:

This Addendum provides clarifications to the RFP based on questions received as of Jan 31, 2024.

Contractors shall acknowledge receipt of the addendum by signing the Submittal Form in Section 4 as stated. 

Clarifications in the Legal Documents:

1. Submittal Deadline Correction
1. The correct deadline for proposal submission is Feb 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM as stated on page 1.
2. A conflicting date on page 5 has been corrected to reflect this deadline.
2. Clarification on Questions after the Addendum Deadline
1. The City will accept and respond to clarifying questions after this date with responses posted on the City’s website under the public notices section with this RFP for all proposers to access.
3. Clarification of Proposal Submission Requirements
1. Proposers shall submit one (1) paper copy containing the original executed submittal form and one (1) digital copy (PDF) with a scanned version of the original submittal form.
2. Photos on the front cover are allowed as long as they align with the RFP guidance on simplicity and necessity.  Extravagant visuals are not required or encouraged.

ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS REMAIN IN EFFECT.
