NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Orting City Council has fixed Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 7:00pm at a regular meeting of the Orting City Council, or as soon thereafter as possible, as the time and place for a public hearing to receive public testimony and consider a recommendation made by the Orting Planning Commission regarding a zoning text amendment to OMC 13-3. This project is applicable to the entire City of Orting. This meeting will be held in person at Orting City Hall located at 104 Bridge St S. Orting, WA 98360 and on the platform Zoom.

The City is utilizing in person and remote attendance for the hearing. Comments can be made by the public attending the meeting in person in the City Council Chambers located at 104 Bridge St S. Orting, WA 98360 or by a log in or call in number and then entering the following:  Meeting ID: 814 9847 5988 and passcode: 347747.

Any person may speak at the public hearing but if you are unable to attend, written comments may be submitted electronically to Kim Gunderson (Mahoney), Community Development Director at planner@cityoforting.org no later than 3:00pm on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
