Notice is hereby given that the periodic update of the City of Orting’s 2024 Comprehensive Plan is subject to environmental review. The City of Orting is the lead agency for this proposal under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and has reviewed the proposed non-project action for probable adverse environmental impacts and issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) for this proposal on September 16, 2024. The information is available to the public on request. Comments may be provided to the SEPA Responsible Official by 5:00 pm on September 30, 2024, to the email address listed below.
