This is a closed record appeal hearing pursuant to Chapter 36.70B RCW and applicable City Code and while the public is invited to attend, there will be no public comment allowed. The parties to the appeal will be invited to make presentations to the Council which must be based solely on the closed record. The parties’ time will be limited to 15 minutes each.
