Administrative Interpretation

Use: Dog Daycare and Overnight Boarding in the Mixed Use Town Center (MUTC) zoning district.

Administrative Interpretations are considered a Type 2 land use decision under the City of Orting Municipal Code (Table 15-4-2).  Publication of this determination was made on the City of Orting website on July 21, 2023.

Appeal of this Administrative Interpretation to the Orting Hearing Examiner shall be filed within 10 days (July 31, 2023) subject to filing of an application and fees established in code.
