FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS RELATING TO AN ITEM ON THE AGENDA OTHER THAN THE HEARINGS: Comments may be sent to the City Clerk at: jmontgomery@cityoforting.org by 3pm on November 24th, 2020, and will be read in to the record at the meeting. In the case of a question, the chair will refer the matter to the appropriate administrative staff member or committee.

If you cannot attend the virtual meeting and want to make comments on the Budget hearing please send your comments no later than November 24th, 2020, by 3:30pm., to jmontgomery@cityoforting.org., otherwise, comments may be made by joining the virtual hearing.

If you want to make comments on the Comprehensive Plan amendments but cannot attend the virtual meeting, comments may be submitted by 1pm on November 24th to Emily Adams at eadamsa@cityoforting.org. Written comments sent prior to the meeting will become part of the record.
