PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE TO CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS, LABOR UNIONS, AND PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS
The City of Orting intends to solicit assistance from the Department of Defense’s Innovative Readiness Training Program (IRT). The assistance will include the construction of an ADA accessible public restroom, including dirt work, sewer/sanitary systems, water, and electrical lines. The proposed assistance will take place at Charter Park located at 425 Washington Ave SE, Orting WA 98360 in 2024. Construction contractors, labor unions, or private individuals who have questions or who wish to voice opposition to military assistance for this project may contact Kim Agfalvi from the City of Orting at 360-893-9008 or via e-mail at kagfalvi@cityoforting.org by April 26th, 2023. Persons not filing comments within the time frame noted will be considered to have waived their objections to military assistance for this project.
