Request for Proposal

The City of Orting is requesting proposals for the public works project described herein.

General Project Description:  The City of Orting is seeking qualified and experienced respondents from interested parties to submit a proposal for providing Owner Advisor services for the city’s wastewater treatment plant upgrade to produce a Class A biosolid.  The upgrade includes an aerobic digester, dewatering equipment, dryer, bulk bagging system, and a building to house the equipment.

Proposal submittal deadline & location:  Due date: April 28, 2023 / 12:00 p.m., City of Orting Public Works Facility, 900 Rocky Rd NE, (mailing: PO Box 489) Orting, WA 98360.
