Notice is hereby given that Craig Deaver on behalf of Copper Ridge LLC has applied for a Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) at 303 Meadow Lane SE - Parcel No. 0519321001.
The proposal is for a 39-lot single-family plat and necessary site development improvements, such as grading, utilities, roadway improvements and tracts for open space, pedestrian connection, and critical area protection.
All application materials are public record and included below. Any member of the public may request an appointment to view materials in person.
The public comment period ends January 15th at 5:00pm. Any person may comment on the application, receive notice of and participate in any hearings, and request a copy of the decision once made.
