NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City of Orting Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public testimony regarding a proposal to amend the Orting Municipal Code related to daycare. The amendments to the code correct inconsistencies in definitions and clarify the process for in home daycares that care for more than 12 children. The hearing will be held at a regular Planning Commission Meeting on October 4th, 2021 at 7:00pm.  The City is utilizing remote attendance for the hearing.
