REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

FULL CONSTRUCTION PLAN REVIEW SERVICES

The City of Orting (hereinafter “City”) is accepting statement of qualifications from qualified consulting firms to provide comprehensive construction plan review services on an as-needed basis.

A summary of the scope of work, qualifications, and proposal requirements are available from the City Clerk’s Office, 104 Bridge St. S., Orting, WA 98360; by calling (253) 893-2219; or at the City’s website: www.cityoforting.org.

Interested firms shall submit one (1) electronic PDF copy of their Statement of Qualifications to:

All submittals must be received no later than the date and time specified. The deadline for submission of proposals is July 17, 2026, by 4:00 PM

Late submissions may not be accepted or considered.

Electronic submissions shall be provided in searchable PDF format.

The City reserves the right to request additional information concerning any proposal, to accept or negotiate modifications to any proposal, to accept or negotiate modifications to a proposal, interview any proposer, to waive any irregularities in any proposal following the proposal submission deadline date, and accept a proposal which is considered to serve the best interests of the City.
