NOTICE OF APPLICATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Maureen McNinch has applied for a conditional use permit at 221 Eldredge Ave SW/ parcel no. 9010000031. The proposal is to allow Children’s Discovery Academy, a preschool that would allow 20 kids on site at a time, operate out of the dwelling which is a conditionally permitted use for the zone the site is in. The public is invited to comment. The public comment period ends August 20, 2021 at 4pm. Any person may comment on the application, receive notice of and participate in any hearings, and request a copy of the decision once made. Any person with standing may appeal the final decision. The public hearing before the Hearing Examiner has not yet been scheduled and will be noticed separately. The public will be invited to testify at the public hearing. All application materials are public record and may be requested for viewing by any member of the public by appointment. The city shall make a decision on approval or denial of the application within 120 days of the notice of application.
