Invitation to Bid

The City of Orting is requesting bids for the public works project described herein.

General Project Description:  This project includes Generator Maintenance Services for 2026-2028 for City of Orting at multiple facilities. 

For site inspections and overview of generators contact Public Works Superintendent Glen Palacios at gpalacios@cityoforting.org.

Proposal submittal deadline & location:  Bid due date: Thursday, March 12, 2026 / 10:00 a.m., Orting City Hall, 104 Bridge St S, (mailing: PO Box 489) Orting, WA 98360. 

There will not be a formal bid opening.  Bidders will be notified of bid results within 5-days of bid due date.
