NOTICE OF SEPA

Notice is hereby given that the City of Orting Kansas Street SW Roadway Improvements Project is subject to environmental review. The City of Orting is the lead agency for this proposal under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and has reviewed the proposed project action for probable adverse environmental impacts and issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) for this proposal on January 15, 2026. The information is available to the public on request. Comments may be provided to the SEPA Responsible Official by 5:00 pm by February 3, 2026, to the email address listed below.
