All evacuation orders within the City of Orting city limits have been lifted. Residents who were previously under a flood evacuation order—including those in the Village Green neighborhood and the homes off Daffodil NE—may now return home.

 

Please remain mindful of changing weather conditions and river levels. Stay alert and be prepared to leave again if conditions worsen or if directed by emergency officials. We ask the community to remain vigilant throughout the evening, continue monitoring updates, and follow all safety measures in place by law enforcement, fire services, and transportation agencies.
