Officer Martineau has been working with the Orting Police Department since September of 2003. Prior to his employment with the Orting Police Department, Officer Martineau attended Washington State University where he earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice. During his time with the department, he has become specialized in traffic enforcement. Officer Martineau has been trained to handle and specializes in vehicle collisions, DUI's, commercial vehicle enforcement, and school zone safety. Officer Martineau is also the department's radar and lidar instructor. Officer Martineau enjoys working in the City of Orting because he is able to serve citizens inside the community in a way that would not be possible in a larger city.
